Our 6 Step process
At BOKK we take to holistic approach to each project. Our end-to-end process ensures that our clients receive the highest quality home modifications that are tailored to their specific needs.
Step 1
We are available at the inception of the Home Modification process by truly understanding what the requirements are for the participant.
Step 2
We are then able to comprise a set of documents which best represents the works required to the home.
Step 3
These are then competitively tendered within the market.
Step 4
BOKK then complete their review and provide a recommendation .
Step 5
Once approved the works commence and are progressively supervised by BOKK.
Step 6
At the completion of the project, BOKK will complete a review and provide a hand over to the client.
